Hip-hop, bottle tables and a late Hongdae crowd.
A:TENSION is a basement club off Wausan-ro, with a red-lit DJ platform, bar seating and round standing tables. Hip-hop and familiar pop tracks give the room a social, sing-along side alongside its DJ sets.
The night, up close.
June and August 2026 visitors describe tables filling and the room getting busier later at night. There is room to gather around a bottle with friends as well as move toward the booth. Visitor accounts also mention indoor smoking, which is useful to know when choosing a venue for your group.
Before you go.
A June 2026 visit and the venue’s entrance banner report free admission. Special events and door conditions may differ. Bottle prices and table spending are separate. Prices may vary by event and arrival time. Check the official programme before travelling.
